Are they reseller of Godaddy? If they were then they might be good. One I've known also was www.domainrightnow.com. They have a great support.

How easy is the domain transfer process? Because godaddys domain transfer is horrible... I need something better, because I buy and sell domains like water.

The transfer process is very similar to godaddy...... The support is really great....

It is good to hear, some doman name registree companies do not have very good support at all. Some would think they would like the people who purchase threw them :)
