registrar with changeable whois?

Does anyone know of a registrar with completely changeable whois? I want to be able to change everything including my name as entered as part of credit card details. I know this is possible because I've seen whois data with nothing but a url or email.

I've tried gandi.net and ovh.com so far and neither allow me to change everything. Anyone?
