Need to transfer a domain to a place that accepts paypal

Any good domain registers that i can transfer to? They must be able to acept payment with paypal.

Also I can not use godaddy, because it is currently registered at godaddy with the current owner, and i tryed and it sayd its either locked or it's already reigstered with them, and it is registered with them and its unlocked...so..anyone know any good paypal domain places? and ones that i dont have to host with them, i can just change nameservers.

Namecheap accepts payment via Paypal. I have used them exclusively and have never experienced a single problem with them.

you can easily go to www.elb.com and with cheap domain names prices and safe paypal payment gate ways:)
