google.com

of course these are very popular sites, so their domain names are probably worth millions!

what are some... less obvious site domains that could be pointed out? :D

I am going to say google would be worth the most. Sense they got the really good name and got adsense and adwords. But I do know that myspace would be worth something to but i really think good is the jackpot.

Google is one of the biggest sites internationally known with several different search engines and some search engines : U.S.A. China,. Myspace is huge too. But they are not as big corporately nor have any kind of time on Google.

How long were you trapped in the cave for? 10 years? 20 years?

But I would say google is worth the most, because google will probably buy over myspace, and for addictinggames.com I know the owner personally. They launched the site about 3 year, and the only profit are from ads so, google still wins.:D

You've got to remember that Yahoo has been building that yahoo brand for 10 years now... or more.... Google has gotten verey popular within the last few years, but Yahoo has been offering services and branding their name for a very long time now...

True Yahoo.com has been around since the internet first started now that I remeber correctly. They were some of the first few Chat Rooms Around when online first came up. They are still good but Google was just pushed threw a growth in the last few years and that is why they are Number 1 in Alexa ranking right now.

The most expensive domains would have to be google.com, yahoo.com, live.com, wikipedia.com, also social networking sites like myspace.com, bebo, youtube.com.
There are also a few other domains that have sold over a million, sex.com etc

i say, in terms of hits it would be google, youtube, myspace?, yahoo. Im one of the million googlist so i consider google would be like worth the most!

i totaly dis agree www.google.com is obvaseley the best website and name of all history of domain trade i ould say that www.google.com will soon team along with paypal.com and ebay.com and all mingle together as i think this would become the number 1 best web business of all times dont you all agree or disagree please let me hear your views on this thanks

There seems to be another search engine that was going to be up soon. I can't think of the name right now but I think if it has a good advertising budget that it would be able to do as well as some of these and once more search engines get out then some site's will lose some of there value. Does anyone think entrance of more search engines would lower cost of advertising threw them or for links ect.

I am interested in hearing what people would think on this. Thanks in advance.

hmm. But a domain name that is spelled correctly does best. I don't think trying to steal someone's doman name just by adding a weird letter is an all to good idea but if is profitable which you people seem to think it is then I am more then happy to check this out :D
